Celebrations.work helps Slack teams celebrate birthdays, work anniversaries, and other important dates. We take privacy seriously.

Data we collect

When you install Celebrations.work into your Slack workspace, we receive the workspace ID, the installer's basic profile, and an OAuth bot token. We sync member names, Slack user IDs, and avatars so we can post celebration messages.

Birthdays, hire dates, and other personal dates are entered by your workspace administrators in our admin dashboard.

How we use data

We use your data exclusively to deliver the Celebrations.work service: posting notifications to Slack, providing your admin dashboard, and improving the product.

Sub-processors

We host on Lovable Cloud (powered by Supabase) inside the EU. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@celebrations.work. Uninstalling the Slack app removes our access to your workspace immediately.
